Could you help orient me to the city? |

TempStay will provide you with materials
and other information about the city. Our staff is willing to answer
any questions you may have about the climate, important sites to see,
rent-a-car services. |

Do you require a security deposit? |
|
Generally, we do require a security deposit. It is usually refundable
at the end of your stay, providing there are no damages beyond normal
wear and tear of the apartment. |

Do you accept pets? |
|
Many of the properties with which we work do accommodate pets, but
limit the number of pets to two per apartment. Simply provide us with
the breed and weight of the animal. Pet Deposits (a portion being
non-refundable) will be required. |

What is the payment procedure? |
|
You have many options. As a corporate client, your company can be
billed for your home with one, itemized invoice; or you or your company
can receive monthly billing. TempStay
accepts cash, personal and business checks, American Express, Visa,
MasterCard and Discover. |

TempStay has bonded cleaning services
available to you. TempStay can arrange
weekly, bi- weekly, or monthly cleaning. Residents are responsible
for laundering of personal items. |

Rental rates will depend on the property chosen, size, location and
availability. A 30-day minimum stay is typically required. All
prices are for fully-furnished corporate units, including apartment
rent, furniture, color TV with expanded cable and VCR, housewares package
(for kitchen, bed and bath), microwave, washer/dryer in units (where
connections exist), electric, gas (where applicable) and water service,
local phone service with voice mail/answering machine and accessories
(plants and pictures).
